We are developing an Australian icon, different from Whisky or Whiskey….but still with the same warm, life-reviving characteristics of the other two. You are witnessing the birth of Australian Whiskee.

The decision is to produce a uniquely Australian liquor with an Australian attitude - not in your face, but distinctly different with the flavours of Australia to the front of palette; smoke, bush, dust and flies are optional.

We aren’t looking for massive production levels and are concentrating on developing the distinctly different characteristics worthy of a product of Australia.
